Αδελφοποιήσεις [Twinning] & Protest Tour
Κατά τη διάρκεια της «6ης Οδηγικής Εξόρμησης στην Απουλία» της Ιταλίας μεταξύ της 28ης Οκτωβρίου & 1ης Νοεμβρίου 2017, οι φίλοι μας της απέναντι όχθης μας υποδέχτηκαν εγκάρδια και με τις σύντονες ενέργειες του Συν-διοργανωτή μας Γιάννη Νταβίλη, Προέδρου της οργάνωσης ‘Hellenic Community of Great Salento – Brindisi, Lecce and Taranto’, προέβησαν σε τιμητικές Αδελφοποιήσεις [Twinning] αλλά και προώθηση για πρώτη φορά σε Διεθνές επίπεδο της απαράδεκτης κατάστασης που προέκυψε μετά την έκδοση του ΦΕΚ 3641.

Dovrebbe essere un gioioso e spettacolare tour di bellissime auto storiche, provenienti da Atene. Un tour che – partendo da Bari per arrivare a Taranto e Matera passando per Polignano a Mare, Alberobello, Locorotondo, Martina Franca e Mottola – sarà invece un “giro” di auto di serie, con solo qualche auto d’epoca, con targhe governative, quindi non appartenenti alla categoria delle auto storiche.
Questo perché, a pochi giorni dalla partenza dalla Grecia, i partecipanti del Club “Classic Car Center of Greece” sono stati fermati da una legge del governo ellenico (la ΦΕΚ 3641), ispirata da non si capisce qualche indicazione europea, che con immediata applicazione, in pratica vieta la circolazione delle auto storiche.
La Comunità Ellenica del Grande Salento, che organizza e supporta la logistica del tour, sottolinea che il programma annunciato sarà rispettato e che sarà anche un tour di protesta contro questa legge che in pratica penalizza le auto storiche in Grecia, trasformandole in semplici pezzi museali!

Questa iniziativa della “Comunità Ellenica del Grande Salento – Brindisi, Lecce e Taranto” fa parte di un più vasto progetto della Comunità Ellenica stessa, finalizzato a rafforzare i flussi turistici provenienti dalla Grecia verso la città di Matera, Capitale della Cultura Europea per il 2019, passando da Brindisi- Bari, Lecce, Valle d’Itria e Taranto.

A tour in Valle d ‘ Itria, Taranto and Matera of historic cars from Greece is turning into a protest tour! #ComunitaEllenicaGrandeSalento
It should have been a joyful and spectacular tour of beautiful historic cars from Athens & Thessaloniki, Greece. A tour that – starting from Bari to visit Taranto and Polignano a Mare, Alberobello, Locorotondo, Martina Franca and Mottola – would be a «tour» of modern cars, with only a few vintage cars, those with Greek government plates, So not so many in the category of historic cars.
This is because, just a few days from the departure from Greece, the participants in the club ‘Classic Car Center of Greece’ have been stopped by a law of the Greek Government (FEK 3641), inspired by the fact that there are no European indications, which with immediate effect, in practice, prohibits the circulation of historic cars on Greek roads.
The Hellenic Community of the Great Salento, which organizes and supports the logistics of the tour, stresses that the announced programme will be respected and that it will also be a “Protest Tour» against this law which in practice penalises the historic cars in Greece, transforming them into simple museum pieces!

This initiative of the ‘Hellenic Community of Great Salento – Brindisi, Lecce and Taranto’ is part of a larger project of the Greek community itself, designed to strengthen tourist flows from Greece to the city of Matera, designated as “Capital of European Culture for 2019″, from Brindisi-Bari, Lecce, Valle D ‘ Itria and Taranto.

Πρόκειται για επιλογή που προδίδει την αγωγή μας και την καταγωγή μας. Δεδομένο ότι επιβάλλεται η σωστή, η έντιμη χρήση τους. Απόδειξη της υπερβολής που μας χαρακτηρίζει ως λαό και βέβαια τους κυβερνώντες, η αστοχία της εκδρομής μας με τα μέλη του 3C. Εδώ, στην Ιταλία, στην Απουλία, λίγα χιλιόμετρα από το Μπάρι. Θα έπρεπε να είμαστε ομάδα με σχεδόν 20 κλασικά αυτοκίνητα, εν τέλει ταξιδέψαμε συνολικά 15 και από αυτά μόνο τα 5 κλασικά. Ιστορικά αν προτιμάτε και χάθηκε η ευκαιρία ώστε να πιστοποιήσουμε την κλάση μας και το πολύ υψηλό επίπεδο ανθρώπων και “μηχανών” που διαθέτουμε. Στις αδελφοποιήσεις, στη Μαρτίνα Φράνκα, στον Τάραντα και στη Ματέρα. Μας υποδέχθηκαν ιδανικά χάρη και στον οικοδεσπότη μας κ. Γιάννη Νταβίλη, ο οποίος ήταν σοφά συντονισμένος από τον δικό μας κ. Πέτρο Ματσούκη, αλλά μέχρις εκεί…
